Sweetened Chestnut Purée from France
The Chestnut Crème is the same steamed chestnuts pureed with sugar and vanilla. Use in crepes, cookies, on toast and even with cheese.
For the purists out there, they also make a beautiful unsweetened Chestnut Purée.
