Made with 100% whole grain hard amber durum flour that was grown and milled in California, this cut is extruded using traditional bronze dies for exceptional texture. We love this golden, spiral pasta tossed with wilted greens and dressed with delicious extra virgin olive oil (try a fruity Californian like Corto Olive Co.) and shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano.
