Estate Grown Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Aroma: Bright notes of freshly cut grass and green almond

Flavor: This year's Marqués de Valdueza extra virgin olive oil is fruity, buttery and with soft notes of green tea and ripe olives with a hint of pepper in the finish.

Uses: Drizzle over grilled vegetables, steamed seafood or use to garnish cold soups like gazpacho or salmorejo. This medium-bodied olive oil also makes a wonderful dipping oil paired with dukkah.

About the Producer: Marqués de Valdueza extra virgin olive oil is produced from olives grown on the Álvarez de Toledo family estate, 'Perales de Miraflores', near the town of Merida in Extremadura, Spain.
