Use Acetaia Leonardi’s Red Onion & Balsamic Compote as a condiment for sandwiches, burgers and grilled meats. It also makes a great addition to charcuterie and cheese plates. For an easy appetizer, cut the top off a wheel of brie cheese and top with onion jam and an extra drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar and bake until hot and melty. Serve with plenty of crusty bread for dipping.
