About the Producer: Titone is produced in the northwest coastal province of Trapani on the island of Sicily. In fact, the family that owns the 3,000 olive trees on hundreds of hectares, insist that organic farming is the only way to produce a quality olive oil. The precision they use to produce this oil no doubt is based on the exacting nature of the family's other business... chemistry and pharmaceuticals!
