ZeroTre Organic Children's Pasta from Rustichella d'Abruzzo
Pastina for the Youngest Pasta Eaters
In Italy, the tiny pasta shapes known as pastina are the first solid food that parents feed to their babies. With their ZeroTre line of organic children’s pasta made with wholesome ingredients, Rustichella d’Abruzzo hopes to spread this nourishing tradition.
- Alfabeto (alphabet) and Anelletti (small rings) are some of the first pasta shapes that Italian children learn to eat
- Mezzelune (small half moons) are made with corn and rice flour for those seeking a gluten-free pastina.
- Rigatoncini (small tubes) are enriched with an organic vegetable purée of pumpkin, carrot and tomato, while Stelline (small stars) are enriched with organic spinach and zucchini.
Served in clear chicken or vegetable broth, with a light tomato sauce or simply with melted butter and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, ZeroTre Pasta is a wholesome, comforting snack for pasta lovers of all ages.
About ZeroTre Pasta:
Maria Stefania Peduzzi, one of the owners of Rustichella d’Abruzzo, also owns two independent and highly progressive preschool and elementary schools in her hometown in Abruzzo, Italy. At the schools, the children work in the vegetable garden, eat wholesome foods and learn all about traditional regional foods. Maria Stefania’s work with these kids was the inspiration for developing this very special line of nutritious pastine with Rustichella d’Abruzzo.
