Il Pregiato (the precious one) is young and bright, lean and straight-forward. This balsamic vinegar, aged for 10 years, is ideal to enliven grilled mushrooms and meats, to splash over sautéed duck breast during the the last minute of cooking or to add that extra spark to beautifully composed salads. (We especially suggest salads featuring walnuts, pecans or almonds so that the oaky aroma of the vinegar can complement the toasty nut flavors.)
