- How do I use this e-gift card?
- Simply shop as usual, fill your cart and enter the unique gift certificate code from your email at checkout. (The code should look something like 3BB5 A58E 7GB6 AECG.) Any remaining balance will be held, so you can use it next time you shop. Please note that our gift cards are valid for online purchases only and cannot be redeemed in our brick-and-mortar stores.
- What forms of payments do you accept?
- We accept payment in the form of debit or credit cards from the following: Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. We also accept PayPal payments. You may also pay using markethallfoods.com e-Gift Cards that have been purchased from our website.
- What are your Billing Terms & Conditions?
- When you place an order, a pending charge may appear on your credit card statement.Your credit card will be charged once your order has been processed and shipped, typically within 2–3 business days following order placement.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your purchase and the shipping method you choose. See more details on the Shipping Information page.
Why doesn't my order qualify for FedEx Ground Shipping?
Orders that contain perishables like cheese, charcuterie and fresh ravioli cannot be shipped via FedEx Ground. During the warmer months (approximately late April-Mid October), heat-sensitive items, such as chocolate, also cannot be shipped via FedEx Ground. We require FedEx 2Day or Overnight shipping in order to ensure these perishable and/or delicate food items arrive at your doorstep in tip-top shape.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Sorry, we only ship within the United States. This includes Alaska and Hawaii, although we cannot ship perishables, like cheese, to those states. If you're ever in the Oakland or Berkeley neighborhoods, please stop by our retail stores.
- When will I receive my order?
- We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can also use the Transit Map to determine an estimated transit time to your location.
- My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
- If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us right away at info@markethallfoods.com and include a photograph of the damaged contents and the packaging.
Are any items final sale?
Pre-packed items such as candied fruit, 6-ounce refills of tea, chocolate fèves and sprinkles, as well as perishables like cheese, charcuterie and fresh pasta are final sale.
- What is your return policy?
- We accept returns of most unopened and undamaged non-perishable products within 30 days of ordering. Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) only and do not include the return label or shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. Please reach out to confirm your return can be processed.
