Thanks to their high butter content (a whopping 22%), these crisp cookies melt in your mouth. Made in the traditional Breton fashion, these thin galettes are not too sweet, making them the perfect pairing for afternoon tea or coffee.
About the producer
Originally based in the La Trinité-sur-Mer region of Brittany, Biscuiterie La Trinitaine has been making French butter cookies since 1955, when founder Lucien Petit stumbled upon a delicious new invention: rolled cigarette biscuits. These days, the third generation of Petits run the family business, continuing the tradition of using the finest butter and other ingredients to make their classic French biscuits.
