Made from Frantoio, a Tuscan olive cultivar, this current harvest extra virgin olive oil showcases a green herbaceousness and notes of artichoke. A punchy black pepper spice and touch of bitterness round out the finish. A medium-to-robust intensity oil.
Frantoio Grove's 2023 extra virgin olive oil marks the beginning of their journey into regenerative agriculture. Farmers and millers Jeff and Patrick Martin take great care to preserve its integrity. The olives are milled immediately after harvest, then the filtered oil is stored in an oxygen-free environment until it gets bottled in small batches.
How to use
This bottle is a staple on our table for finishing our favorite dishes. The oil's pleasant bitterness and rich herbal notes stand up to bigger, bolder flavors—use to garnish slices of seared steak, drizzle over grilled radicchio or pour over earthy buckwheat polenta and top with plenty of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

I’ve purchased this brand and we love the taste and smell. It’s great for dipping as well. I said it tastes great but compared to other olive oils I think taste and flavor is on the mild side. I’m not saying this is bad at all just an observation.
My friend, who endured big surgery on her back, was so pleased to receive the assortment of foods. She said that the package lightened her spirits a great deal. I am SO pleased.
