French Jelly Candies Made with Citrus

F. Doucet is famous for their pâtes de fruits, the sugar-dusted fruit jellies originating in the Provence region of southern France. The F. Doucet team harvests each clementine at peak ripeness and cooks the pulp in large copper cauldrons with sugar and just a touch of pectin. The result is a soft, exquisite jelly packed with the sweet, tart and juicy flavor of winter citrus.

Although traditionally served after dinner or during tea time, pâtes de fruits are an excellent treat for any time of day.

Perfect Clementine flavor.

I love all the Doucet Pates de Fruits. The flavor of each of different fruits, and the honey, is rich, deep --- no artificial flavor, just the flavor of the fruit. These are the best Pates de Fruits, no other brand comes close.
