Dardimans

 While enrolled in law school, Dardimans founder Annie Babayan came across her grandmother’s Armenian recipe book full of techniques for drying fruits and nuts. Inspired by the intense flavors achieved through dehydration, Annie made her first batch of fruit crisps using the oranges growing in her family’s backyard. Now a full-fledged family business in Los Angeles, Dardimans makes their crisps from all kinds of fruit sourced from farms in California’s San Joaquin Valley.
