Designed in the 1960s, these elegant "radiators" are reminiscent of old-fashioned heating fixtures... though much more delicious. The ruffles have delightful texture and look beautiful in a serving dish, tossed with arugula, sautéed onions and chopped fresh tomato, or any sauce with finely chopped ingredients that can nestle in the folds.

Best brand. Not like the other radiattore I've tried. This one does NOT turn mushy when cooked. Top quality. I return and buy it again and again. My 18 year old grandson... can't get enough of it. He will open every pantry door and cupboard until he finds it. I get it too! It's THAT good!

Perfect pasta
Every pasta from Rustichella d'Abruzzo is perfect, and the radiatori is no exception. Their methods (bronze die, special way of drying) make the pasta perfect every time, and any sauce (even just butter) coats it wonderfully.
