About the producer
Feve was created by founder Shawn Williams just over a decade ago in San Francisco, California. Shawn's expertise in chocolate stems from his work as the Admiral’s chef in the Navy, pastry chef at Michelin-starred La Folie, and apprentice to noted Chocolatier Ewald Notter. Known for their out-of-the-box flavor combinations and amazing chocolates, Feve has garnered several Good Food Awards in the Confections category.
In addition to a passion for making exceptional and innovative chocolates, Shawn and the folks at Feve also are dedicated to working work with cacao farmers who are paid fairly and significantly more for their product than is set by Fair Trade organizations. In addition, they give a portion of our net profit as micro-loans to improve the lives of farmers involved in the cocoa trade. Feve only uses premium non-GMO quality chocolate.

I have tasted truffles from a number of US based chocolatiers. These have been the best. The chocolate used is very high quality. And the best part is biting into these. Unlike most other truffles that I have tasted, you get a very real, delicious taste of the flavors each truffle is supposed to contain. Truffles from Feve now are my favorite. You must give them a try.
