Creminelli’s mouthwatering salami gets a double dose of umami thanks to the addition of summer black truffles. Slice and serve on a charcuterie board, add it to sandwiches or put it on a homemade pizza. As always, Creminelli makes their salami from humanely treated pigs raised without antibiotics and never adds nitrites.
About the producer
Although based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Creminelli Fine Meats has its roots in Italy. For generations, the Creminelli family has been making artisanal-style salumi near the city of Biella, in the Piedmont region. The location may have changed, but the ethos remains the same. Creminelli only partners with trusted farmers and makes everything in small batches to ensure the best quality and flavor.
