These mild red peppers are grown in Northern Greece, where they are hand-harvested at peak ripeness, immediately fire-roasted and hand-packed in a brine of wine vinegar, salt and sugar. Sweet and bright, these peppers can be enjoyed straight out of the jar or transformed into dips, sauces and soups.
How to use
Make a quick romesco sauce by whizzing Greek Roasted Red Peppers in a food processor with Marcona Almonds from Mitica, garlic and a splash of Dry Sherry Vinegar from Alvear. For a spin on traditional gazpacho, blend these peppers with fresh tomatoes until smooth. Or, enjoy them paired with briny olives on top of a pizza, as a sweet flourish to grilled cheese, or diced and tossed with pasta salad.

Nice flavor, but the blandest Greek peppers I’ve ever eaten. I think it needs more heat!
