Tea type: Herbal/Rooibos (caffeine-free)

Cooking with tea: Make an herbal tea simple syrup—combine equal parts strongly brewed Dream Tea (we like brewing it for about 10 minutes) and honey or white granulated sugar. Bring to a simmer until the honey or sugar is dissolved, cool and use to flavor your favorite drinks, both with and without alcohol.

Try Dream Tea simple syrup with Crémant wine for a bubbly libation. Or, for a refreshing beverage, combine an ounce of tea simple syrup with a few ounces of elderflower cordial, top with sparkling water, plenty of ice and a fresh mint garnish.
