Caffeine-Free Rooibos Tea Flavored with Vanilla

Tea Type: Red/Rooibos (Decaf)

Flavor: Rouge Bourbon is a mild caffeine-free tea with delicate aromas of bourbon vanilla.

Drink this tea with: Serve this French tea with a platter buttery shortbread cookies paired with Sicilian Red Grapefruit Marmalade and slightly sweetened crème fraiche.

Cooking with tea: The sweet grassy notes of the rooibos tea and the subtle aromas of vanilla play surprisingly well with rich meats and charcuterie. Use to make a tea jelly and serve with hearty pâtés, like chicken liver mousse pâté and pâté de campagne.

Words from Mariage Frères tea house: “Flavoured with ‘Bourbon vanilla’, this red tea displays great finesse. Delicate aroma, subtle taste and 100% caffeine-free. For pleasant occasions.”

Rouge Bourbon Tea by Marriage Freres

For many years my husband and I have enjoyed Rouge Bourbon for a non-caffeinated tea. I should also mention that it makes superb iced tea, a favourite or ours in the summer.

Fragrant & Delicious

I can only drink non-caffinated teas. So, I always look for quality herbal products. This one is my favorite. I highly recommend it. It has a beautiful aroma and delicious taste. It makes me feel so special every time I drink it.

Rouge Bourbon, c’est bon!

Our family loves Rouge Bourbon by Mariage Frères. Rooibos is a lovely caffeine free tea, but Rouge Bourbon has a vanilla flavor that makes it taste richer and even more delicious. We enjoy it with a splash of milk.

I discovered Mariage Frères Tea in Paris many, many years ago. Thank you for selling this in the USA!
