We haven’t met a single person who doesn’t love this cheese. Made from a blend of cow and goat’s milk, Seascape is approachable with a nutty sweetness and a supple, cheddar-like texture that will have you going back bite after bite. We like to describe this cheese as easy-going, a little like the laid-back Central Coast town of Paso Robles where it’s made.
How to use
Besides making a great grilled cheese, Seascape is also a crowd-pleasing addition to cheese and charcuterie boards. It’s incredibly versatile, pairing with both sweet and savory accompaniments from Marcona almonds to sweet Basque cherry jam and all styles of wine, beer and cider.
