Cannolicchi are tight twists of pasta that are made to resemble the razor clams living in the Adriatic Sea. The pasta holds its beautiful shape when cooked, capturing sauce in the middle. Can Cannolicchi?

Yes it can. If you’re here, you doubt know that Rustichella is the best pasta.
If you’re like me you have go-to sauces for each shape. I was a late arrival to Cannolicchi its standout feature is versatility, it pairs with anything.
It may sounds silly but the word I’d use to describe Cannolicchi is “Fun.”
Cooks beautifully, uniformly, and as advertised at 7 - 9 minutes.
