Little did Mary Keehn know that in an attempt to supply nutritious and delicious goat milk to her children she would embark on a lifelong journey to spread the glory of goat cheese. What began with two friendly goats up in Humboldt County has grown into one of the country’s most innovative goat creameries. Let Mary’s fresh goat cheese, Purple Haze dazzle your mouth as wild fennel pollen and lavender come together in perfect harmony.

The clean citrus aroma and tangy anise flavor pairs wonderfully with smoked salmon or gravlax. Or create a fennel-centric cheese platter with fennel salami, cucumber rounds, thinly sliced fresh fennel and radishes.
