These sweet glazed rings of pineapple are perfect for baking and decorating. Chop and add to fruitcake or cheesecake, or leave the slices whole and use them to garnish everything from tropical cake to honey-glazed ham. For an impressive pineapple upside-down cake, layer candied pineapple on the bottom of the pan. Or for a simple, fresh dessert, prop candied pineapple rings in bowls of coconut sorbet.

Thank you for stocking this! It’s incredibly hard to find and I need it for my grandmother’s cake recipe. The packaging could be improved though, I find it leaks a bit.
