Grown along the Euphrates River in southern Turkey, these dried peppermint leaves are sweet and intense. Just as fresh mint can brighten any dish, these dried leaves can do the same by adding a cooling freshness that cuts through rich meat dishes, creamy sauces and hearty soups. 

How to use

Mint and lamb are a classic combination for a reason. Add Euphrates Mint Leaves to lamb meatballs or kofta, or swap it in for the fresh stuff in our recipe for Grilled Lamb Chops with Mint Chimichurri. Stir dried mint into tzatziki, add it to a feta and spinach-stuffed spanakopita or sprinkle it over tomato and lentil soup. And of course, it also makes a wonderful tea on its own.
