Long-time customer favorite, Dried Blenheim Apricots, is transformed into a sweet-tart spread. Dried California Blenheims—a rare and prized variety of apricot—are simmered with cane sugar to make this bright fruit preserve. Packed with ripe apricot flavor, swirl this spread into yogurt, smother onto toast, pair with a soft-ripened cheese or use as the filling for thumbprint cookies.

About the producer

Jim Rossi, his wife Mari and their son Brian are the owners and operators of B&R Farms, a plot of land in Hollister, California purchased by Jim’s grandparents in 1929. While Blenheim apricot cultivation has declined in favor of less labor-intensive and larger yielding varieties, the Rossis are committed to preserving this iconic heirloom fruit.
