Fresh pasta infused with thyme wrapped around a classic ravioli filling of ricotta cheese and porcini mushrooms. Toss with browned butter and freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, or serve with sautéed mushrooms and wilted greens.
Ingredients: Mushrooms, ricotta, parmesan, port, porcini mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, porcini powder. Durum flour, eggs, thyme, semolina.

Second time orgering the mushroom ravioli and it is awesome
Very delicious medley of flavors. Use lots of water on simmer and gently simmer, do not boil, the tender ravioli. Just a little olive oil and balsamic on the plate and then serve.
