We mix together caramelized onions, sautéed red chard and ricotta cheese and then wrap it all up in our roasted red pepper pasta for a hearty, harmonious mouthful. Excellent with spicy arrabbiata sauce.

I bought these last week for a quick meal and was very pleasantly surprised! The pasta had great flavor on it's own, but I used a marinara sauce.

Picked up this ravioli at Rainbow Grocery in SF and it is incredible. The pasta itself is yummy, and the filling is just a bit sweet. I did it in a browned butter sauce with a little garlic and fresh parmesan. heaven!
